Welcome to World Changers. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the World Changers mobile application, website, community features, content, events, programs, services, and related features collectively called the “App” or “Services.”

The App is operated by World Changers LLC, located at 2651 N Records Ave APT B301, Meridian, ID, US.

By creating an account, accessing, or using World Changers, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. About World Changers

World Changers is a community app designed to help members connect, grow, communicate, join activities, access resources, participate in community programs, and engage with content shared by World Changers and its members.

The App may include features such as announcements, posts, groups, messages, events, donations, subscriptions, learning materials, community updates, volunteer opportunities, prayer requests, support requests, and other interactive features.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to use the App. If you are under the age of majority in your location, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

By using the App, you confirm that:

You can legally agree to these Terms.

The information you provide is true and accurate.

You will use the App only for lawful and community-appropriate purposes.

You will follow these Terms and all applicable laws.

3. Account Registration & Security

Some features may require you to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for all activity under your account.

You agree not to:

Share your account with others.

Use another person’s account without permission.

Provide false, misleading, or incomplete information.

Attempt to access parts of the App you are not authorized to use.

4. Community Guidelines

World Changers is built for a respectful, safe, and purpose-driven community. You agree to interact with others in a way that reflects kindness, respect, honesty, and care.

You may not post, upload, send, promote, or share content that:

Harasses, bullies, threatens, abuses, or targets another person.

Contains hate speech, discrimination, or demeaning language.

Is sexually explicit, exploitative, or inappropriate.

Promotes violence, self-harm, illegal activity, or dangerous behavior.

Exploits, endangers, or harms minors in any way.

Contains spam, scams, phishing, malware, or deceptive links.

Violates another person’s privacy, intellectual property, or legal rights.

Is false, misleading, defamatory, or harmful to the community.

Interferes with the safe operation of the App.

Violates Apple App Store, Google Play, or applicable platform policies.

5. User-Generated Content

The App may allow you to post or submit content, including text, photos, videos, comments, messages, testimonies, prayer requests, event posts, profile details, and other materials (“User Content”).

You keep ownership of your User Content. However, by submitting User Content, you grant World Changers LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, modify, moderate, distribute, and use your content as needed to operate, improve, protect, and promote the App and community.

You are responsible for your User Content and confirm that:

You have the right to share it.

It does not violate any law or third-party rights.

It follows these Terms and our Community Guidelines.

It does not contain confidential, sensitive, or private information that you do not want shared.

6. Content Moderation, Reporting & Blocking

We may review, moderate, restrict, remove, or refuse to display User Content at our discretion, especially if we believe it violates these Terms, our Community Guidelines, applicable law, or platform requirements.

The App may provide tools to:

Report inappropriate content or behavior.

Block or restrict other users.

Contact support about safety concerns.

Request removal of content you posted.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate our rules or create safety risks for the community.

7. Events, Programs & Community Activities

World Changers may display or manage community events, programs, meetings, groups, volunteer opportunities, and other activities.

Event details may change at any time. We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, venue changes, weather issues, third-party actions, transportation, personal injury, loss, or expenses related to your participation unless required by law.

You are responsible for your own safety, conduct, transportation, and personal belongings when attending any event or activity.

8. Donations, Payments, In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

The App may offer donations, paid memberships, subscriptions, event fees, digital resources, or other paid features.

Where required by Apple or Google, purchases of digital content, subscriptions, or in-app features must use the applicable platform’s in-app purchase or billing system.

If subscriptions are offered, pricing, renewal terms, billing frequency, trial terms, cancellation instructions, and included benefits will be shown before purchase.

All payments are subject to the terms of the applicable app store, payment processor, or platform. We do not control Apple’s or Google’s billing systems, refund processes, or payment method management.

9. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds for purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play are handled according to Apple’s or Google Play’s refund policies.

You may cancel subscriptions through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings, depending on where you subscribed. Deleting the App may not automatically cancel a subscription.

For payments made outside Apple or Google Play, if applicable, refund terms will be displayed at the point of purchase or provided by the relevant payment processor.

10. Donations

If the App allows donations, donations may be processed by third-party payment providers or approved platform payment systems, depending on the feature and location.

Unless otherwise stated, donations are voluntary and may be non-refundable. Donation receipts, tax treatment, and deductibility depend on your location and the legal status of the receiving organization. Please consult a qualified tax advisor for tax-related questions.

12. Notifications & Communications

By using the App, you may receive service messages, community updates, event reminders, announcements, and account-related communications.

You can manage push notifications through your device settings. Some important service-related messages may still be sent when necessary for account, safety, legal, or operational reasons.

13. Location, Contacts, Camera, Photos & Device Permissions

The App may request access to device features such as notifications, camera, photos, contacts, microphone, or location only when needed for specific features.

You can grant, deny, or revoke permissions through your device settings. Some App features may not work properly without the required permissions.

We will not access sensitive device permissions unless disclosed and permitted by you.

14. Third-Party Services & Links

The App may include links to third-party websites, services, payment processors, maps, videos, social platforms, event tools, or other external resources.

We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, terms, security, availability, or actions. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.

15. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, branding, logos, graphics, features, software, text, videos, materials, and other content, is owned by or licensed to World Changers LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or exploit any part of the App unless we give you written permission or the law allows it.

16. Limited License to Use the App

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for lawful, personal, and community-related purposes.

You may not:

Use the App for unlawful or harmful purposes.

Interfere with the App’s security or operation.

Attempt to scrape, copy, or extract data from the App.

Upload viruses, malware, or harmful code.

Use bots, automated tools, or unauthorized scripts.

Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

Use the App to exploit, harass, or harm others.

17. Account Suspension or Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account if we believe you have:

Violated these Terms.

Violated our Community Guidelines.

Created risk or harm to users, the App, or the community.

Used the App unlawfully or abusively.

Repeatedly posted objectionable or unsafe content.

You may stop using the App at any time. You may also request account deletion by contacting [email protected] or using the account deletion feature, if available.

18. Account Deletion & Data Requests

You may request deletion of your account and personal information, subject to legal, safety, fraud-prevention, tax, accounting, dispute-resolution, or legitimate operational requirements.

19. App Availability & Changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the App at any time. We may also add or remove features, change content, update eligibility requirements, or modify community features.

We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

20. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.”

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, availability, accuracy, security, and non-infringement.

World Changers may provide community, educational, spiritual, motivational, or support-related content. Such content is for general community purposes only and is not professional legal, medical, financial, mental health, or emergency advice.

If you are experiencing an emergency, contact local emergency services immediately.

21. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, World Changers LLC, its owners, officers, directors, employees, volunteers, partners, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of data, profits, goodwill, reputation, or opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim related to the App will be limited to the amount you paid to use the App in the twelve months before the claim, or $100, whichever is greater, unless the law requires otherwise.

22. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless World Changers LLC and its representatives from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:

Your use of the App.

Your User Content.

Your violation of these Terms.

Your violation of any law or third-party rights.

Your misconduct in the App or at community activities.

23. Apple App Store Additional Terms

If you download or use the App on an Apple device, you acknowledge and agree that:

These Terms are between you and World Changers LLC, not Apple.

Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.

Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.

Apple is not responsible for any claims related to the App.

Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you where applicable.

Your use of the App must also comply with the Apple Media Services Terms and applicable App Store rules.

24. Google Play Additional Terms

If you download or use the App from Google Play, you acknowledge and agree that:

These Terms are between you and World Changers LLC, not Google.

Google is not responsible for the App or its content.

Your use of the App must comply with Google Play’s applicable terms and policies.

Purchases made through Google Play may be managed through your Google Play account.

25. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America and, where applicable, the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict of law rules.

Any disputes related to these Terms, the App, or the Services will be handled in the courts or dispute resolution forums located in Idaho, USA, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

26. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we may notify you by updating the “Last Updated” date, posting a notice in the App, or sending a message.

Your continued use of the App after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
